Mike has represented various clients during his career, including acting as City Attorney for a small town in Iowa. Having joined the firm in 1974 he has extensive practice in Probate, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Family Law, Estate Planning, Trust & Wills, Corporate Law and Taxation. He serves as Corporate Counsel for a large building supply company and some of his clients have also included various religious organizations.  Mike has obtained successful results for both his commercial and individual clients in dealing with fraud, flooding issues, adverse possession and boundary disputes, sales and use tax disputes with the Department of Revenue, and other general litigation.
