  • Negotiated and prepared contracts and development agreements with cities and counties for economic incentive benefits via tax increment financing and tax abatement.
  • Obtained numerous settlements and jury verdicts for clients against governmental bodies (city, county, Department of Transportation (DOT)) in complex condemnation cases throughout the State of Iowa.
  • Negotiated street access approvals with cities and Iowa Department of Transportation.
  • Negotiated settlement agreements on behalf of clients against the government (cities, counties, Department of Transportation (DOT)) in lieu of the initiation of the condemnation proceedings throughout the State of Iowa.
